Packed with protein – dried soya mince is a long-life product that can be whipped out for quick and easy low fat/high protein meals in minutes.  You can make a few of the and keep them in the fridge for days and freeze for months!

Lean Protein: Dried soya mince, egg.

We recommend using plain soya or vanilla whey.  You will need 40g plain flour instead of 30g if you are using whey.  You could also experiment by adding low fat Greek yogurt instead of almond milk to boost protein.

Low fat carbs: Very low carb meal.

Healthy fats: Coconut, egg or flaxseed

Nutrients: Coconut, egg, mince.

Perfect Plate Set Up:

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp green/red curry paste in 1 cup hot water. 
  • 150g quorn mince. (or substitute for dried mince) 
  • 10g desiccated coconut. 
  • 25g coconut flour. 
  • 1 egg OR 1 tsp flaxseed/psyllium husk prepared as a vegan egg. 
  • Medium sized roll to serve 

Method:

Mix all ingredients – make into patties. Set aside for 30 mins then pan fry for 15 mins on low (turning often) or oven bake for 30 mins on 170° C. Serve with large salad sprinkled with apple cider vinegar.
